These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) or (“community”) and PhoenixAC, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://phoenix-ac.com website as well as any other media form, application, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By purchasing our products, accessing our services and/or visiting the “site”, you agree to the Terms of Service.


Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Phoenix Anti-Cheat’s website and service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify any provided materials or create copies of any file, resource or similar provided.

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.

Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our service.

Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Transferring or sharing the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server or FiveM community.

Use our product to create a similar service, that of which includes a "web panel/user dashboard" of similar style.

Licence transfer includes a fee of $25.00 as administration costs.

Excessive changes to ones server circumstances which results in multiple security trips (example: licence being revoked constantly) may result in cooldowns or potential fees at Staff discretion.

Phoenix Anti-Cheat reserves the right to limit or remove access to the service at any time. This may include termination of an individual from the service, limit access to the service, or discontinue use and accessibility permanently to the service. 

Refunds will not be permitted and are not provided, and unapproved chargebacks can result in termination or limited access from the service and website. 

This will let Phoenix Anti-Cheat to terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.

Phoenix AC reserves the right to revoke a license & not issue a refund when;

  • The party and/or customer involved has ‘leaked’, distributed or attempted to crack Phoenix AC files.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be causing Denial of Service towards Phoenix AC and it’s Customers.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be a cheat developer. 

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to have license shared after warning.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be operating maliciously against Phoenix AC.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be attacking another FiveM server and/or community protected by Phoenix AC.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be developing a product similar to our own.

  • The party and/or customer involved is found to be doxing, harassing, or exploiting information found via any PAC related service, including but not limited to: logs, game screenshots etc.

Definition examples;

  • Leaked refers to Customers sharing products with non customers without prior written permission from Phoenix AC.
  • Crack refers to Customers attempting to reverse engineer Phoenix AC.
  • Cheat Developer refers to a customer involved in designing or writing cheats for the platform.


All the materials on Phoenix Anti-Cheat’s website and service are provided “as is”. Phoenix Anti-Cheat makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Phoenix Anti-Cheat does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website and service or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this website. The lifetime of the product is not the lifetime of any person/service involved with PhoenixAC. Staff reserve the right to cancel the service and not issue a refund.


Phoenix Anti-Cheat or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on Phoenix Anti-Cheat’s website or service, even if Phoenix Anti-Cheat or an authorized representative of this website and service has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Phoenix Anti-Cheat’s website and service may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Phoenix Anti-Cheat will not promise that any of the materials in the website or service are accurate, complete, or current. Phoenix Anti-Cheat may change the materials contained on its website and service at any time without notice. Phoenix Anti-Cheat does not make any commitment to update the materials.


Phoenix Anti-Cheat has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Phoenix Anti-Cheat of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

Phoenix Anti-Cheat may revise these Terms of Use for its website and service at any time without prior notice. By using this website and service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.


Phoenix Anti-Cheat is not liable for the following situations occurring whilst using our anti-cheat;

  • A third party exploiting vulnerable scripts on the Customer’s server

  • The Customer breaking and/or misusing Phoenix Anti-Cheat as a result of not reading provided documentation or the Customer’s failure to follow instructions.

  • Performance issues on the Customer’s server

  • Revoked licenses as a result of license or file sharing

These situations fall under the direct responsibility of the Customer. Customers are advised to use scripting which is not vulnerable.

It is impossible for Phoenix Anti-Cheat to patch every known vulnerability on the FiveM platform. Phoenix Anti-Cheat is built in such a way to not cause lag or instability in the field. Customers experiencing these issues or similar should refer to their developer (if applicable).

Players of game servers protected by PhoenixAC are subject to screenshots which may invade personal privacy depending on the usage of the server. PhoenixAC takes no responsibility for privacy breaches as a result of servers obtaining personal information as a result of using our product.

Privacy Policy

At Phoenix Anti-Cheat, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Phoenix Anti-Cheat and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Phoenix Anti-Cheat. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Log Files

Phoenix Anti-Cheat follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Phoenix Anti-Cheat collects identifying information on users that visit and/or play on communities protected by Phoenix Anti Cheat. This data is essential to the service operation of Phoenix AC and is a necessity. By purchasing Phoenix Anti Cheat, you agree that this information will be kept on Phoenix Anti Cheats core servers. This identifying information ranges from Valve Steam Account ID, Rockstar Games ID, IP Address, Discord ID’s etc. This information is kept securely and is a requirement, as noted above..
